Set on 26.6 acres in Davenport, Florida, Lynwind is a 384-unit multifamily development designed for modern, amenity-rich living. The site features six four-story residential buildings, a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center and pool, as well as outdoor lifestyle amenities such as walking trails, a dog run and spa, and covered mail kiosks.

CSA was brought in to deliver structural framing and shell construction, finish carpentry, and doors and hardware installation across all residential and amenity buildings. With over 480,000 gross square feet of construction, maintaining schedule continuity across multiple buildings was critical. Our team provided efficient field coordination and consistent quality control to keep the build on pace, especially as downstream trades prepared to mobilize.
