Soluna

Designed with a modern coastal aesthetic, Soluna is a 320-unit community spread across five four-story buildings and a clubhouse on nearly 34 acres. With outdoor fitness spaces, co-working lounges, a beach-entry pool, and a boardwalk that winds through wetlands, the project required careful attention to both structural precision and site-specific complexity.

CSA handled shell construction and framing for all primary structures, operating on a 120-day timeline that demanded consistency and coordination. The scale of the site—combined with the integration of outdoor amenities and elevated design features—made proactive communication with the GC and trade partners essential.

CSA’s crews delivered ahead of schedule on key benchmarks, helping the broader project team maintain momentum and budget alignment. From vertical framing to clubhouse detailing, Soluna highlights CSA’s ability to take on ambitious multi-family builds and execute with accuracy, speed, and pride.
