Located just outside Orlando near Walt Disney World, the Registry on Grass Lake is a 320-unit, five-story multifamily development with modern amenities and premium finishes across two residential buildings and a two-story clubhouse. The 19.7-acre site includes office and wellness spaces, a yoga studio, and a recreation lawn with a signature architectural pool.

CSA was brought on as a key subcontractor to deliver framing, shell construction, doors and hardware installation, and finish carpentry on a compressed schedule. Our crews hit the ground running—completing critical structural work and major interior components within just 120 days. Despite the project’s scale and complexity, CSA’s hands-on leadership and proven process kept everything moving smoothly.
