Montego Square

Montego Square is a 280-unit residential development consisting of four four-story apartment buildings, an 8,600-square-foot clubhouse, and a 2,000-square-foot pool. Built to serve a growing demand for high-quality multifamily housing in Fort Myers, the project emphasized efficiency and speed without cutting corners on finish or durability.

CSA was brought in to execute full shell construction and framing services across the entire site. With multiple buildings rising simultaneously and crews operating on a tight 120-day delivery window, scheduling and sequencing were critical. Our team worked closely with the GC to maintain pace while staying compliant with evolving code requirements and regional inspection protocols.

By leveraging our disciplined site management approach and experienced field leadership, CSA completed major framing and structural phases on schedule—helping ensure downstream trades could mobilize without delays.
