Cascades Trail

Cascades Trail will be a five-story, 633-bed student housing facility built alongside a five-story parking garage, featuring premium amenities like an on-grade pool deck, hammock garden, and outdoor summer kitchen. Designed for a complete turnkey student living experience, the project spans more than 344,000 square feet of gross floor area with nearly 267,000 square feet of rentable space.

CSA was awarded a $55.8M contract to execute the wood framing, shell construction, and finish carpentry for the residential buildings and amenity spaces—excluding the parking structure, which was contracted separately. Over the course of a 24-month build, our team will maintain pace and performance through active collaboration with the GC and field trades, even as student housing demands continue to tighten across Florida.
